Requirements:

    Candidate mus possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
    Have at least 8 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a HR generalist function with at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
    A good track record managing HR operations for a large labour force.
    Well versed in local labour laws and legislature.
    Able to work effectively with employees across all levels, from ground staff to senior management.
    Excellent leadership skills, decisive, and able to think critically.
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    Computer literate.
    Prior experience in the security industry would be an advantage.
