Responsibilities:
* To ensure proper documentation/filing on credit related documents, supervise circulation of document within the department, and to assist the Head of Department with meeting arrangement/scheduling appointment, business trip, and matters related to meeting with customers
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience as administration staff or secretary
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Computer Literate (MS Office)
* Has good initiative and helpful
* High Integrity
* Good Team Work
* Graduates from secretarial academy will be preferred
