We are an Estabilished Distributor for Factory Automation Equipment, is seeking suitable qualified candidates to join our company as:

Accounts cum Administrative Executive
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Job Description:
*Handling full set accounts including GL, AP, AR, profit loss, balance sheet
*Prepare & submit monthly tax return (PPh Ps. 15,21,22,23,26 etc), corp. tax, employee tax
return, e-SPT and tax reconciliation
*Prepare monthly financial reports, amanagement accounts and cashflow budget
*Prepare bank reconciliation and AR/AP reconciliation
*To register assets and maintenance for depreciation schedule
*To handle banking application i.e. TT and LC
*Prepare year end audit, liaison with auditor, tax agent, banker and government dept
*Support all human resources fuctions, personnel administration, compensation and benefit
*Assist and follow-up on company policies, prosedures and others administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Female, 25 to 28 years of age
* Bachelor degree in Accounting
* Minimum 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts in trading company
* Good communication in English, both writing and speaking
* Knowledge of accounting software, QUICKBOOK is advantage
* Have initiative, good working attitude, a team player
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Able to work with pressure and independently with minimum supervision
* Proficient in Ms Office applications
* Able to provide accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all accounts data
