Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the vacant position of National Sales & Marketing Accounting Analyst. This position will primarily focus on monitoring and managing Direct Marketing Expense and Discount & Allowances of the Organization’s across Indonesia.
National Sales & Marketing Accounting Analyst
Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Accounting Manager. In brief, the incumbent would be exposed to the following tasks:
*Performing marketing activity realization by doing the invoices payment authorization– Sales
and Marketing Group across CCBI operation
*Performing comparison analysis of Approved Marketing Activity Authorization vs Actual
across Indonesia
*Perform comparison analysis of Approved Sales and Marketing Capex vs Actual across
Indonesia
*Support Marketing Programs:
oProvide claim procedures based on recommended business requirements
oFinancial analyst program tracking activity
*Together with Finance Shared Service to define the debit note of marketing activity charges
allocation across CCBI operation
*Preparing monthly Sales and Marketing management reporting :
oAdvertising and Modern Channel Discount and Allowances reports
oSales and Marketing indirect expenses reporting and variance analysis
oMarketing Investment
*Preparing annual National Sales and Marketing budgeting process:
*Marketing expenditures
*Modern Channels discount and allowances
*Marketing investments
*Indirect expenses
*Monitoring and performing the preparation of claim documentation to CCI (joint promo -
based on activity claim period)
*Monitoring and controlling incoming invoices from suppliers and authorize the payments
accruals from previous year
*Preparing tray code reporting to be claimed to CCI
*Solution to every escalated advertising and pricing issues from Help Desk as the 2ndlevel
application support and develop procedure or process to prevent problems from reoccurring
In charge for such a pivotal role, ideally, the incumbent would demonstrate the following qualifications:
*Having minimum S1 degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Accounting or
Finance or other economics area
*Excellent work management and communication skills in both verbal and written in English
and Bahasa Indonesia
*Strong analytical capabilities
*Able to accurately check the process and result of tasks
*Reliable person, proactive, open, honest and co-operative
*Able to maintain stable performance under pressure
