AM Learning & Development - Sales

Responsibilities:

# Provide a comprehensive learning solution to contribute to the success of HSBC Indonesia business objective in order to attract, develop and motivate the best people.
# Coordinate and oversee sales training requirements to ensure that cost effective training and learning solutions are provided and to ensure sound planning and implementation of training programs
# Provide consultancy to internal customers on training and development solutions
# Design, develop, and deliver sales learning and development activities


Requirements:

# Has at least 5 years experience in banking/financial industry
# Selling experience is preferable
# Has passion in learning & development area, and has passion in sharing knowledge to others
# Good/strong communication & presentation skills
