Recruitment Officer
(Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Jawa Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Riau, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

* Conduct a thorough recruitment process according to the organization's recruitment policies

Requirements:

* Male or female, max. 25 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from a reputable university (min GPA 2.75 of 4)
* Possess strong knowledge of psychological tests and making psychological report
* Detail oriented with superior analytical and communication skills
* Strong initiative and able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
* Dynamic team player, self-motivated and pleasant personality
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
