Executive, Market Research (Qualitative)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Analyse research inquiries from related department/sub-department
Discuss intensively the research inquiries with the end user
Advise the best approach to meet the pre-defined research objective
Plan and execute qualitative research inquiries
Writing research brief to be submitted to agencies
Organize and develop system that is able to cater internal research inquiries under limited budget, i.e. respondents recruitment, venue arrangement

Requirements:

Competencies: Deep understanding on Qualitative Research Methodology, Independently able and confident to conduct dip-stick research for quick result

inquiries, Good networking with research agencies, Good analytical thinking, Able to work under deadline, Keen and enthusiastic in understanding

marketing phenomena, Deep understanding of Indonesian consumers, Able to transfer research findings into concise and straightforward report/summary, Able to handle vendor paperwork, Cultural awareness Education: Minimum S1 of Psychology, Sociology, Communication Studies, Anthropology Experience: 2 years researcher of qualitative from agencies or in-house research department, experience in handling telecommunication clients is preferable.
