Fast Growing PMA Garment Industry (Lingerie) based in Boyolali (Solo), Central Java, Indonesia is inviting qualified personnel to apply for the position of :

HRD Supervisor
(Jawa Tengah - Boyolali)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all human resource activities; employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures

Requirements:

Male/Female, S1 Degree
Minimum 1 years of relevant, experience from Garment Industry (Lingerie) is Preferred
Able to work with: Manpower Department, Jamsostek, and Local Government offices
Able to work under pressure condition and finish assigned jobs on time
Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills and knowledge of Labor Regulations (UU13)
Able to perform SOP & Job Description
Pleasant personality, communicative, honest and positive thinking
Initiative and progressive
Experience in handling Sosial Compliance Audit
Able to communicate in English (Written and Oral) is a must
Good Computer skills (Ms.Office, Payroll Software, Manpower database)
