PT. Hasil Bumi Kalimantan  ( HBK )  is one of the Indonesia coal trading company which supplies coal to industrial consumers. Our commercial counterparts are both producers and industrial consumers. Our customers around Asia, in industries such as paper plant, power plant , cement, factory.

Due to our rapid business growth, we're looking an energetic and hard working person to strengthen our Finance Team as Finance Staff .

Responsibilities:

    Checking all payment documents.
    Checking recap payments, checking invoice and completeness of supporting documents before making payment.
    Checking all cost incurred in the shipment and payment schedule.
    Dealing with banks.
    Setting petty cash both for Jakarta Office or Site Office , setting budgets site and compare with the realization expenses.
    Checking the validity of the document petty cash site.

Requirements:

    Female, age max. 26 years old
    Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting from reputable university
    Having job experience in Accounting / Finance field 2 years.
    Able to communicate in English
    Computer literate (MS. Office especially in Excel, MS word )
    Positive working attitude and able to work independently as well as in team
    Familiar with MYOB accounting program
