Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
Draw recruitment plans. Consolidate Annual Recruitment Budgets. Identify, together with the Line Management, staff that are to be replaced due to retirement, Qatarization, medical and/or performance related factors.
Administer the entire recruitment cycle by coordinating with candidates, international recruitment agents and line managers to ensure that recruitment interviews, formalities and joining arrangements as per plan.
Plan, budget and carry out recruitment campaigns. Arrange and organize venues, services, travel itinerary and logistics for recruitment missions.
Evaluate recruitment agents’ performance and highlight areas of improvement. Identify new recruitment markets / recruitment agents to meet the manpower needs.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or Commerce from a recognized University.
5 years direct and relevant experience in Human Resources functions within an oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
Specialized training in Recruitment & Selection.
Computer literate and excellent knowledge in MS Office application
Having good skills in Report Writing and Presentation.
