First Resources- Field Assistant (Asisten Kebun)

First Resources is one of the fastest-growing palm oil producers in the Asia-Pacific. Established in 1992, we have grown our plantation assets at a rapid pace to more than 158,000 hectares and currently operate eleven palm oil mills in Indonesia. Our primary business are cultivating oil palms, harvesting the fresh fruit bunches and milling them into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel for local and export sales. With our integrated processing facilities, we also refine our CPO into value-added products such as olein and biodiesel.

Field Assistant (Asisten Kebun)
Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Riau

Responsibilities:
•       Memaksimalisasi hasil perkebunan & Pengolahan
•       Merencanakan kerja harian
•       Mengoptimalisasi Sumber Daya yang ada
•       Menyediakan Informasi yang terpercaya dan tepat waktu

Requirements:
•       D3/S1 Pertanian atau Kehutanan dengan minimum IPK 2.75
•       Pria, usia maksimal 25 tahun
•       Tinggi Minimum 165cm
•       Sehat dan tidak buta warna
•       Memiliki kemampuan memimpin
•       Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
•       Penempatan di Kalimantan atau Sumatra
•       Bersedia mengikuti training dan ikatan dinas
