Manajer PKS (Pabrik Kelapa Sawit)- PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk

Penanaman pertama di dalam Kelompok Usaha Sampoerna Agro dilakukan oleh PT Aek Tarum pada tahun 1989, yang diikuti dengan pendirian PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (sebelumnya bernama PT Selapan Jaya) di tahun 1993 untuk menjalankan perkebunan kelapa sawit di wilayah Sumatera Selatan.

Saat ini, PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk bersama-sama dengan anak-anak perusahaannya (“Perseroan”), adalah salah satu produsen terbesar kelapa sawit dan inti sawit di Indonesia. Perseroan juga merupakan satu dari beberapa produsen kecambah kelapa sawit yang menerima izin dari Kementrian Pertanian Republik Indonesia untuk memproduksi dan menjual kecambah kelapa sawit dengan merek dagang DxP Sriwijaya kepada pihak ketiga melalui salah satu anak perusahaan Perseroan, yaitu BSM untuk memproduksi dan menjual enam varietas benih unggul kelapa sawit dengan merek  DxP Sriwijaya. Benih ini merupakan hasil dari persilangan material genetik yang beragam dan berasal dari bahan tetua terpilih dari 225 famili dura dan 50 famili pisifera.

Pada akhir 2012, Sampoerna Agro mengelola total area seluas 114.827 hektar perkebunan kelapa sawit, terdiri dari 83.974 hektar lahan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan 30.853 hektar lainnya di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dan Barat. Dari luas total area perkebunan, tercatat 92.120 hektar kelapa sawit yang sudah menghasilkan dan 22.706 hektar kelapa sawit yang belum menghasilkan.

Dalam periode yang sama, Perseroan mengelola kebun inti kira-kira 67.227 ha sementara kebun plasma dan kemitraan kira-kira 47.600 ha. Perseroan memiliki enam PKS, lima diantaranya berlokasi di Sumatera dan satu berada di Kalimantan. PKS di Sumatera memiliki kapasitas produksi 380 ton tandan buah segar (TBS) per jam, sedangkan PKS di Kalimantan memiliki kapasitas produksi 75 ton TBS per jam.Untuk mencapai visi Perseroan dalam menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang bertanggungjawab di sektor agribisnis, Sampoerna Agro berupaya untuk menyeimbangkan antara pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan yang berpijak pada 4 dasar utama: people, planet, product, dan profit. Sejalan dengan visinya, Perseroan terus mengupayakan strategi pertumbuhan yang pesat meliputi diverisfikasi usaha ke tanaman lain yang mampu menghasilkan produk-produk turunan yang bernilai tinggi.

Langkah diversifikasi ke sagu, dilakukan dengan mengakuisisi lahan konsesi seluas 21.620 hektar di Selat Panjang, Provinsi Riau, Perseroan melalui PT. National Sago Prima. Perseroan juga telah mulai memproduksi tepung sagu berkualitas tinggi dengan merek dagang Prima Starch, yang didistribusikan ke pasar domestik maupun internasional. Responsibilities


    Prepare, review and vet all corporate legal documents, transaction documents and capital market-related documents.
    Provide support to Sampoerna Agro Corporates and Operation Teams in contract related matters.
    Identify potential risks in contracts and provide inputs to mitigate risks.
    Review and provide inputs to the litigation plan and lawyers approach to handle the issue in case of litigation.
    Coordinate with other departments on aspects of legal commercial and litigation.
    Engage with staff(s); Identify, groom and develop high performers

Requirements

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): Lawyer licensed, Fluently in legal english drafting, Specialization in Commercial & Bussiness Law (include Capital Market, Joint Venture and Merger Acquisition).
    Required language(s): English (active), Bahasa Indonesia
    At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

    Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimum S1 di bidang pertanian/perkebunan/ kehutanan

    Setting up of monitoring systems to ensure management system performance and compliance's at each location, review of progress and deriving action plans for improvements.
    Prepare short term and medium to long term activity plan and verify/coordinate the budgets for each location to ensure the implementation and improvement of management system. submit proposals and obtain necessary internal approvals for implementation.
    Setting up of staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
    Liase with consultants/ auditors and ensure timely receipt of ISO/ OHSAS related reports and certificate approvals for all projects
    Develop sufficient action plan based on auditor recommendation to improve management system performance

Requirements:

    Male or female, min age 28 - 38 years and good health
    Bachelor's degree or master degree in environmental, health, safety, forestry, natural resource management or conservation biology
    At least 5 year(s) of working experience in relevant fields of palm oil plantations, AMDAL, B3 management, environment management system, and performance field inspection
    Have certification: ISO, OHSAS, SMK3 and management system auditing
    Knowledge on AMDAL, ISO 14K, OHSAS, HCV and RSPO standard

As Marine Technical Advisor, the incumbent will assist with the delivery of following key assurance processes and services:

Qualifications:
Class 1 (Master) Certificate of Competency and Petroleum Dangerous Cargo endorsement (Gas and/or Chemical endorsement would be an advantage but not essential) .
SIRE accreditation and/or previous shore experience would be an advantage but not essential to the role.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team.
