Responsibilities:
Due to our expansion, we are looking for new talents from hospitality background to join our winning team through the Training Management Program. The opening begins at the entry level. You have the opportunity to the leadership roles, all you need is to show that you have ambition to advance you career. You will be provided with all of the mentoring and coaching that you will need to succeed!
* To be involved in face to face program awareness campaign through event marketing and
corporate marketing
* To be responsible for customer acquisition program on behalf of our client
* Training and Recruiting
* Sales team Management
Requirements:
Experience is not a prerequisite as the company provides proven training techniques allowing for individuals to learn quickly!
However, all applicants must have the followings:
* 1 - 2 year experience in hospitality or customer service
* Confident and strong communication Skill
* Ability to work in a team and goal orientated
* strong communication skills and be well presented
* ASAP START is preferred.
