Area Manager

Responsibilities:
* Organize all activities of the sales force (3rd party including) to achieve the target in the area
* Implement committed support the sales plan of action for the progress of the company’s
sales & marketing efforts within the respective area
* Ensure the optimal distribution of products
* Regularly visit and monitor potential and key customers
* Build close relationship with key customers and analyze the sales
* Create sales target for sub areas and set targets for sub-ordinates
* To maintain a constant contact with the market and market development
* Implement sales / distribution / promotion programmes initiated by Head Office
* Support / conduct activities coordinated by the marketing team
Requirements:
* Qualification:
o Male/Female
o Minimum Bachelor degree in any disciplines
o Having 1-5 years experience as Area Manager in Pharmaceutical Company
o PEDFI certified
o Proactive and Good Networking
* Skills and Expertise
o Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
o Able to work with deadline
o Good team work and presentation skill
o Good communication and creating network
o Good negotiation skill
o Customer and target oriented
