Training Officer
ROLES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
*Develop concept, system and policy in Training Development Area, such as Competency Based Training Roadmap and Curriculum, Training Delivery System and Training Database.
*Responsible in all training activities, such as conduct Training Need Analysis, generate Training Calendar (in house/public), monitoring training program, vendor selection and training evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor degree in any disciplines (preferred Psychology) and from reputable University, with min GPA 3.00.
*Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
*Experience in develop Training Modules, Training Curriculums and act as a Trainer is an added value.
*Have Strong Competency Knowledge in Human Resources Management (CBHRM).
*Good communication and interpersonal relationship is a must.
