Medical Sales Supervisor (Pekanbaru)
(Riau - Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Medical Representative team
Establish a business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts
Identify and select high potential customers within the assigned territory
Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis
Prepare account budget & planning, and update forecasts on a monthly basis
Conduct effective 4S (Sales Call Process) and negotiation skills
Presents products or business proposal in professional manner to gain and meet customer's trust and demand

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience minimum 1-2 years as Medical Sales Supervisor or minimum 3 - 4 years as Medical Representative
Must have excellent relation with local and international hospitals, medical care, maternity hospital, pregnancy group, medical doctors, pharmacy and other entity related for demand creation
Background from dairy or pharmaceutical
