Demi Chef - Chinese Kitchen

Responsibilities:

    Assist in the day to day functions and activities of kitchen facilities, and direct personnel engaged in the preparation and presentation of the menus.
    Ensure that standards of performance are followed and maintained.
    Establish high quality levels of food production and ensure that hotel standards and guest satisfaction are met.
    Routinely check all miss-en-place work required and ensure that all equipment and areas of responsibility are kept up to the expected standard of sanitation, hygiene, cleanliness, and neatness.
    Ensure timing of cooking is adhered to guest satisfaction.
    Comply with the following hotel policies on Heatlh, Safety, and Hygiene, House Rules and Regulations, Grooming and Appearance Standards.
    Check and identify Section needs for maintenance work.
    Ensure punctual attendance and adhere to duty schedule as directed by the Sous Chef.
    Maintain an effective working atmosphere by means of good communication and cooperation between departments.
    Attend and contribute to regular kitchen meetings or briefings.
    Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a SMU, preferably in Culinary Art.
    Ability to communicate in English is preferable.
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Demi Chef in Banquet Chinese Kitchen is required for this position.
    Good knowledge in Chinese Cuisine and good knife skills.
    Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.

Penyakit Demam Tifoid (Tifus,Typus)

Penyakit Demam Tifoid atau lebih dikenal dengan nama Penyakit Tifus merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella enterica, khususnya turunannya yaitu bakteri Salmonella typhi. Penyakit tifus ini menyerang saluran pencernaan yang penularannya atau penyebarannya melalui makanan dan minuman yang telah tercemar oleh bakteri Salmonella tersebut. Gejala Penyakit Demam Tifoid

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1)
* Minimum 5 years experiences in similar Retail Business CATEGORY MANAGER FOR

* Good sense of entrepreneurial skill, negotiation skill and able to communicate with different
levels of people
* Computer literate
