Quality Assurance Head

Job Purpose :

To independently provide quality assurance in CREM (Corporate Real Estate Management) division to all process, product and services provided by Corporate Real Estate Management in order to ensure quality services, improve control function, fostering the good corporate governance, ensuring legal compliance and reduce/mitigating potential risk in relation with the function of Corporate Real Estate Management in Bank Danamon.

Job Responsibility :

1. Determine Quality Assurance Strategy, including program concept and policy-procedure
2. Develops and coordinates the implementation of Quality Assurance strategies aligned with TSMG’s (Transaction Service Management Group) strategy
3. To independently monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and procedures data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators, including the CREM projects delivery
4. To liaise with other Line of Business in Danamon to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly
5. To decide on changes and implementation and provides training, tools and technique to enable others to achieve quality
6. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the CREM organization
7. Independently asses the product/service specification of the company and its suppliers that was selected by other units in CREM
8. Working with purchasing unit to establish quality requirement from external suppliers
9. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation, and good corporate governance and practices
10. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
11. Independently review the work done by other units in CREM, in carrying out tests, calculation and check to project related (all based on project value)
12. Approving technical and management system reports in quality assurance area within CREM
13. Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications
14. Establishing standards of service for customers or client
15. Compliance – QA Project completion in compliance with local regulations
16. Monitoring and Follow Up – Monitor progress of Commercial QA projects and provide any follow up to ensure all defects or outstanding handover issues have been addressed

Job Specification :

Educational Background :

S1/S2 in engineering degree or property related degree or industrial engineering degree

Experience/ Knowledge :

10-12 years experience, minimum 3 years experience in ISO activities and 4 years experience in property related industry.

* Understanding ISO 9001 Quality Management
* Managed or have been involved an ISO 9001 company
* Know and understand the basic system such as document control and corrective action
* Know and understand also able to create/update the quality manual
* Know and understand the Statistical Process Control (SPC)
* Able to conduct an internal division quality audits on a regular basis
