To be a good contender you must have the following minimum qualifications:
* A minimum S1 mayor faculty
* A minimum of one (1) year experience in any areas, especially consumer goods
* Business acumen, showing good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with Sales and Marketing impacts
* Fluently in English
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong Leadership
* Able to work under pressure
* Willing to place at any area all over Indonesia
* Able and willing to travel
* Computer literate, MS Office & Internet
* Able to drive car and have driving licence (A)
