Responsibilities:
* Job Description:
o Payroll (salary, overtime, bonus, etc.)
o Personnel (employee data, employee contract, attendance, leave new employee)
o Employee attention (sick, death, baby born)
o Benefit (medical, hospital, glasses)
o HRIS (Updated data)
o Outsource (Monitoring)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree major in Management or Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably has 1 year experience as a payroll/personnel staff
* Age maximum 25 years old
* Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
* Fluent in English (both oral and written).
* Has good computer skill
* Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
