BRANCH MANAGER AMANAH - MEDAN
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

The job holder is responsible to direct, manage, and control all aspects of sales, operations and services in Amanah Branch in Medan.

* Has at least 5 years working experience in Banking, specifically in managing sales, services, and operation in the area of Consumer Banking.
* Possesses a strong Syariah Banking knowledge.
* Possesses very strong sales management and leadership skills.
* Possesses excellent customer service skills.
* Has a good knowledge of General Banking operations, systems, and control.
* Is conversant of all relevant Compliance boundaries of the role.
* Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with different functions within the Bank.
* Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
