We are a foreign company in the field of mining and plantation, today needs young workers & professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Finance Manger
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. S1 in Accounting & Finance,
- Experience in field of accounting, finance / taxation on min-level managerial positions. 3-5 yr.,
- Work experience in Indonesia’s mining industry,
- Able to perform the function of financial & management accounting, with a focus on internal controls & financial analysis,
- Able to prepare management reports, financial & cash on a monthly or annual,
- Able to prepare and ensure all company documents and financial statements in accordance with legal standards applicable in Indonesia,
- Able to perform internal controls on financial manejeman systems (procedures, policies, and regulations) to conform to the Rules & Procedures of the Company in order to provide accurate, reliable, and timely,
- Precedence berkebangsaaan Malaysia, but an opportunity for citizen remains open,
- Candidates who does not meet the above requirements but have work experience exceeding 10 years. in a similar field will be taken into consideration,
- Willing to be placed in Medan & business trip or to Aceh and other towns,
- Mastering and capable of active and passive English language will be added value.
2. Executive HR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. S1 any discipline, preferably majoring in Law & Human Resource Management,
- Experience in the field of HR min. 5 years
- Mastering the Management System HR & Labor Law,
- Experienced in handling licensing documents TKA and industrial relations issues,
- Have high employee motivation & good communication skills,
- Able to work under pressure & tight dead line,
- Mastering and capable of active & passive in English will be value added,
- Willing to be stationed in Aceh & business trip or to Medan and other towns.
3. Codet (management trainee), untuk 30 orang
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. D3 in agriculture, with a minimum GPA of 2.75,
- Open to fresh graduated,
- Hardworking, can work together and communicate well with the team involved,
- Willing to be located in Central or East Kalimantan,
- Willing to undergo training for three (3) months in Central Kalimantan, and thereafter underwent during the contract periods of one (1) year.
4. Executive Account untuk 2 orang
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a minimum educational background of D3 in the fields of accounting,
- Have work experience in accounting field a minimum of one year,
- Have high employee motivation, able to work under pressure & tight dead line,
- Mastering the English language and capable of active and passive will be an added value,
- Willing to be placed in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan,
- Willing to travel if necessary.
