Service Support Engineer – Laser Printer product (Indonesia-based)
Requirements :
* Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic Engineering with minimum 3(three) years relevant distributor support experiences preferably in laser printer vendor(s) level
* Self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as a team member
* Good knowledge on computer applications, pleasant personality nd good interpersonal & communication skills
* Male are preferred with age maximum 35 (thirty-five) years old
* Willing to travel occasionally within Indonesia and/or abroad
Responsibilities :
* Manage & supervise service channel partners/relationships
* Primary interface with service providers on technical enquiries, resolves technical issues and as focal contact to disseminate product information
* Perform & develop robust processes to provide excellent technical support
* Organize and deliver technical service/products training at regular intervals
* Develop & implement service communications, promotions & enhancement programs
* Monitor & measure service providers’ performances & standard level
