Indonesian Sales Manager
(Riau)

Responsibilities:

* We require our prospective Sales Manager to be people friendly and ability to converse with
all levels of Government, University’s, Technical Colleges, and Schools
* From School’s maintenance staff, Teachers/Lecturers, Heads of Departments, Deans &
Rectors (University’s), Ministerial (Education) officers and Director Generals e.t.c
o)- Search, monitor and participate in Educational Exhibitions in various Cities in
Indonesia.
o)- Manage our existing Agent network around Indonesia and expand on this by
recommending agents for various provinces or educational institutions
o)- Seek direct sales opportunities from Regular schools & University sales visits
o)- To monitor Indonesian Press/Media to seek out tenders and also to monitor
throughout Indonesia NGO groups and Foreign funded Projects in the educational
sector
o)- Report to the factory (President Director & SMS Manager) on a regular basis, including
possibly 1 (once) monthly trips to factory for initial stages
o)- Participate in factory training, initially required to spend at least a month in Batam, to
understand what Labtech does and is capable of doing.
o)- Once in the field, to support, improve and expand on Labtech products through
consultations with Schools and their requirementsA PMA Technical Education
Company requires.

Requirements:

* Jakarta Based.
* 30 years and above.
* Male or Female.
* Willingness to travel Intra Indonesia (regularly).
* Prefer Electronic / Electrical / HVAC / Computer IT – Sales Engineer background
* Sales & Marketing of Technical Educational Equipment.
* Remuneration - Base salary (this is experience/expertise dependant), Travel and associated
accommodation Costs covered + Commission.
* Able to spend time at the main factory on Batam.
