Tenaga Kimia Sdn Bhd (TKSB) is the leading supplier of the complete product range of high explosive and accessories, bulk emulsion and technical services in Malaysia and across countries in South East Asian Region. TKSB is the one of the pioneer in manufacturing of explosive since 1983 known as EMULITE and now is as "EMULEX" The product are mainly used in blasting activities for aggregate and cement production, infrastructure projects such as road and dams, construction, coal & mineral mining, seismic prospecting for oil and gas.

Site & Operation Manager
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

Report to Project Manager, site location at Central Kalimantan. The person will be overall in charge for On Site Bulk Emulsion Production and Down- the- Hole services.

* To ensure all activities at site following with country compliance
* To make sure On Site Production Plant (OSP) to produce Bulk Emulsion runs smoothly
* To make sure Down- the- Hole are meeting customers target/ needs
* Maintain the operational excellence for OSP and MMU in accordance to KPI
* Effective development of solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Operation Partner, customer and other agency
* Effective day to day management to all employee on the site
* Responsibility for compliance and management of all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and planning requirement for the depot
* Maintaining and increasing quality and productivity in order to maximize outputs and customers satisfaction

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): - Experience in Bulk Emulsion manufacturing and MMU operation.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experience in blasting and explosive handling is preferred
* Preferably 2-3 years in Project Management and involving OSP and MMU/ bulk truck operation
* Able to write comprehensive technical and operational reports
* Contract positions available.
