AGRO GROUP-Project Analyst

We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Palm Oil Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. AGRO GROUP is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Project Analyst
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Will operate from the plantations, and will be assisting the Projects coordinator in planning, development and structuring of projects within Indonesia
* new plantation development projects
* capacity enhancement / engineering projects
* the project commencement activities, preliminary work up to the commencement of the project upon which time the project team would take over
* will assist in project implementation, reporting on overall project progress and overall targets.
* Key Attributes expected
* Ability to work in challenging and remote environments
* Be willing to undertake extensive traveling.
* Ability to relate and work with coworkers from multi disciplinary fields
* Should be able to communicate with technical and non technical persons and work with both groups in a mutual & cordial manner.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Excellent comunication skills in both bahasa & English
