AGRO GROUP- Maintenance Assistant - Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit

We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Palm Oil Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. AGRO GROUP is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Maintenance Assistant - Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and execute plan maintenance schedule.
* Plan and implement an effective work schedule taking into account productivity and workshop operating cost.
* Able to motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve maintenance milestones.
* Able to plan the spare requirement taking into account cash flow and availability of spares in time of need.
* Able to differentiate scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance and understand the role of each in planned maintenance program.
* Mindful of safety and health requirements.
* Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Others or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Mechanical, Chemical. Job role in Others or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Preferably candidate whom experienced in Palm Oil Mill (Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit)
