Payroll Lead

Job Description:

* To handle Payroll Issues including:
* Queries (e.g. retroactive and recovery scenarios)
* Enhancing payroll schemas, rules, features
* Configuring wage types, salary ranges, etc
* Payroll reports
* Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate whenever required
* Escalate issues related to functionality, development architecture, scoping and deadline to supervisor in a timely manner
* Create and maintain productive relationships with team members and relevant stakeholders
* Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality
* Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems escalated to the team
* Provide regular status report on assigned tasks to the Team Lead

Qualification:

* At least 3 to 4 years of application support experience
* Plus point for knowledge in ABAP Workbench
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to adapt fast and shorten issues turn-around time
* Ability to work as a member of a team, dedicated to contributing to the team's performance
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and to work in a knowledge sharing role
* Experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLA), service delivery and reporting preferred
