Administration Manager
(Jakarta Raya - All Site)

Requirements:

* Maximum 45 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree.
* At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in administration mining operation.
* Expertise in mining operation activities, such as Setting Up an SOP, Human Resources, Logistics and Administration Aspect
* Knowledgeable in HSE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR
* Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
* Computer literate (MS Office).
* Good health and able to work under pressure
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
* Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
* Have a strong leadership skills, communicative, team player and having high integrity
* Willing to work in remote area, with rotation schedule
