Loan Operation Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

To consistently provide superior operations services to all business units by processing all Loan transactions (Corp, SME, Consumer, Staff, and Joint Financing) at the best possible solution as soon as the complete document were received. The services must be achieved by processing the transactions in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors. The people will also be expected to be able to provide initiatives, such as to improve business process improvement or new idea to reduce cost and increase company’s profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable University
Minimum 2 years of Banking Operation experience especially in Loan Operation
Having good knowledge and understanding on Loan Operational Banking, Products and Accounting
Having good knowledge and understanding on Central Bank Regulation
Having experience to process loan transactions (handle investigations) and prepare proper reporting regulatory and management
Strong analytical and technical skills
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Having good communication and interpersonal skill
PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
Proficiency in written and spoken English
