Recruitment Manager (code: RCMG)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent would be responsible to support employee fulfillment on Lotte's expansion. He / she must deliver strategic thought into the recruitment process so it would fit into Lotte's expansion time line. He / she must be flexible, adaptive, pro-active, and responsive to the Company's needs.

Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years experience as Recruitment Manager, preferably has strong exposure in Retail Industry
- Comprehend with Competency Based Human Resources Management
- Comprehend with the latest trends in HR, especially Recruitment & Selection
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Detail and result oriented
