We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.

Recruitment Manager [MR]
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

    Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
    Work closely with assigned business’ (Human Resource Management System) to deliver recruitment needs
    Active use of assessment tools: DISC, MBTI, 16 PF, PAPI Kostick, etc
    Execute screening and or final phone/face interviews for junior & mid level post & support all parties in concern with assessment
    Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
    Support HRMS with weekly update on recruitment progress

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is a must
    At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managerial level in the palm oil industry is preferred
    Required skill(s): DISC, PAPI Kostick, MBTI
    Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
    Must have a good command in English both spoken and written
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
    Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
    Enjoy regular traveling (business trip)
    Be in a team player but able to work independently
    Able to work well in under pressure working environment
