2. PT Mitsui Indonesia 15%
3. Yamaha Motor Co Ltd 7%
4. PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia 3%

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate employee data management (new hire, employee change of status, resign, etc.) on the system or other applications that use.
Manage and coordinate the documentation of employee data
Manage profiles manpower reports and other reports related to employee data
Increaseutilization ofsystem usage in HR
Requirements:
• Male / Female age min 30 years
• Min 3 years experience in the same position (supervisory level), preferably from similar industry (finance)
• Min education S1 preferably computer / management / psychology with min GPA 3.00 (scale of 4)
• Strong communication and good leadership and able to work in a team or individually.
• Have a high motivation, systematic, honest and trustworthy, dynamic, flexible, and able to build and maintain a good relationship with any party.
• Have a high administrative skills and have the ability to work accurately and detail.
