Operation Process & Procedure Senior Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Mapping, developing & standardizing of business/operational process & procedure for total transport division activities
Deliver SOP to be standard of audit activities of various Internal Audit teams
Transforming operational process & procedure into SOP of Transport Information System (TrIS)
Be involved in TrIS Project ensuring all issues are recorded, evaluated to be the requirement of the next info system improvement.
Ensure that the standardization are socialized & shared to the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
Min. 8 years of experience in similar role
Automotive, heavy equipment & logistics related industry exposure is preferred
Strong analytical skill is a must
Willing to travel extensively
