* Analyze job
* Competencies development and assessment
* Training need analysis
* HR system development
* Compensation management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in any major.
* Min 2 year(s) of working experience in organization development role.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Candidates suceessfull will be given qualified trainings to support job role and goals.
* Compensation package around IDR 4.500.000 to 9.000.000
