Conduct due diligence and prepare feasibility studies & investment for new projects. Prepare regular reviews on financial projections and valuation for existing projects. Gather market intelligence and analysis on the energy industry and key market players, prepare forecasts and monitor trends and benchmarking.

Geologist
Jakarta Office Based

Manage and follow-up on bid preparation, evaluation and award of contracts with mud-logging, electrical logging, coring companies and well site geological services. Supervise the identification of formation tops, coring, casing points and well total depth. Validate raw log data and ensure that the data is properly acquired, labeled and indexed.

HSE Supervisor
Jakarta Office Based

Develop, implement and evaluate ass HSE operational policies, procedures and practices as well as HSE management systems. Implement, execute and review HSE programs at site. Identify, evaluate and control / mitigate safety hazards and job risks. Conduct audits and inspections as well as emergency response action plans and periodic drills.

Operation Superintendent
Perlak (Aceh) Based

Lead and direct production & maintenance teams. Develop and implement strategic production & maintenance management systems to achieve optimal production well operation and HSE targets.

Production Supervisor
Perlak (Aceh) Based

Lead and manage the field production and well operation to meet production and HSE targets Control and maintain production quality and flow rate as well as maintain equipment reliability.

Maintenance Supervisor
Perlak (Aceh) Based

Plan and implement all maintenance programs and activities for wells & production equipment and facilities.

Job Requirements (Position #):

#1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting /Finance with min. 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking/consultancy. Strong financial modeling skills. Exposure in oil & gas industry is an advantage.

#2. Bachelor Degree or higher in Geology with min. 5 years of relevant work record in geophysics and petroleum engineering in the oil and gas industry. Familiar with onshore/offshore drilling operations including well site duties, logging and log analysis. Familiar with G&G software for well log (mud logging & electrical logging) reporting such as Gravitas.

#3, 4, 5, 6. Bachelor Degree or higher in related field/engineering background with min. 10 years of proven track record in related oil and gas E&P experience. For field site positions Hands-on field operation experience with strong supervision capabilities and willing to work on 2-week on/1-week off shift schedule.

1. Persyaratan Umum:
a. Batas Usia maksimal:
o Diploma (D3) : 23 tahun (kelahiran tahun 1987 keatas).
o Sarjana (S1) : 27 tahun (kelahiran tahun 1983 keatas).
o Pelamar yang memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih diutamakan, dengan usia maksimum 30 tahun (melampirkan surat keterangan pernah bekerja yang setara dan sepadan).
b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) dengan Program Studi yang ter-Akreditasi, dengan IPK minimal:
o Diploma (D3) : 2,90
o Sarjana (S1) PT Negeri : 2,75
o Sarjana (S1) PT Swasta : 3,01

(khusus bagi lulusan World Class University, besaran nilai IPK tidak dipersyaratkan)
c. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak buta warna, serta memiliki mental kerja dan disiplin yang baik (khusus untuk Diploma/D3 tinggi badan minimal 160 cm).
d. Untuk Diploma (D3) dengan penempatan sebagai operator pabrik dan teknisi tidak boleh berkacamata (kecuali D3 Akuntansi dan D3 Perpajakan)
e. Calon Pelamar yang memiliki nilai TOEFL >= 450 sangat diharapkan (melampirkan bukti dimaksud).

f. Dapat bekerja dalam kondisi apapun serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (by target).
g. Bersedia menandatangani kontrak kerja dengan perusahaan, minimal selama 5 tahun.
h. Bersedia menyerahkan ijazah asli bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus tes kesehatan.

f. Photocopy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari DEPNAKER 1 (satu) lembar.
g. Photocopy Surat Keterangan Akreditasi Program Studi yang telah dilegalisir 1 (satu) lembar.
h. Surat pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah kerja atau dimanapun sesuai penempatan dari perusahaan bersangkutan.
3. Semua persyaratan di atas dimasukkan dalam Amplop tertutup, kirimkan ke
PO.Box 44 Banda Aceh, paling lambat tanggal 24 Agustus 2010 (cap pos). Panitia tidak akan melayani berkas lamaran yang diantar langsung maupun segala bentuk komunikasi apapun dengan pelamar.
4. Hanya pelamar/berkas lamaran yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi serta memenuhi persyaratan di atas yang dinyatakan LULUS seleksi administrasi dan berhak untuk mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya.
5. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi dapat dilihat di media cetak dan web: www.lmfe-unsyiah.com pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2010.
6. Peserta yang lulus seleksi ADM diminta hadir langsung (tidak dapat diwakilkan) untuk mengambil Kartu Nomor Peserta Tes pada tanggal 31 Agustus s/d 4 September 2010 (tempat diumumkan kemudian), dengan membawa dan memperlihatkan bukti Asli dari persyaratan point 2d dan 2e di atas (wajib).
7. Panitia berhak untuk menolak lamaran yang dianggap tidak memenuhi persyaratan/ketentuan di atas tanpa penjelasan/alasan apapun.

8. Jika terbukti ada dokumen berkas lamaran yang dipalsukan, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan gugur meskipun sudah dinyatakan lulus.
9. Pelaksanaan setiap tahapan seleksi akan dilakukan pada setiap hari kerja (Senin - Jumat).
10. Setiap keputusan panitia seleksi adalah bersifat mutlak serta tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

11. Persyaratan tambahan:

o Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana.

o Tidak pernah terlibat dalam suatu gerakan yang menentang Pancasila, UUD-45, Kedaulatan Negara dan pemerintah yang sah.

o Berkelakuan baik serta sehat jasmani dan rohani, Tidak buta warna, Tidak takut pada ketinggian, Terampil, Teliti, Ulet, Gesit dan Tenang menghadapi hal-hal yang bersifat emergensi.

Responsibilities:

* Presently PT SAI has installed Captive Thermal Power Plant having capacity of 2x16 MW with CFBB technology and the Operation Maintenance (O&M) Contractor has been appointed. The selected candidate shall be a interface between the O& M contractor and Cement Plant of Lafarge.

Reports to Plant Manager, the incumbent is responsible to:
*Manage and monitor performance of a coal based power plant using CFBB technology;
*Manage and monitor the O & M contract conditions;
*Analyse and record performance report; Record keeping and data management;
*Weekly, monthly review meeting with the Operator on operation and maintenance
*Coordinate with the contractor and cement plant manager for synchronized operations;
*Manage and co-ordinate procurement / inventory of materials such as coal, lime stone, diesel, Chemicals, Lube oil etc., which are owner inputs.
*Ensure a safe working condition in the respective working location to support the company’s safety policy.

Requirements:

*Should be an Engineering graduate, preferably (Mechanical / Electrical) Graduate, additional of Management Degree or diploma in management with special emphasis on contract administration and supply management shall be preferable.
*At least 10 years working experience in the power plant with similar or higher capacities with coal as main fuel;
*Well conversant with all applicable Indonesian standards and regulation pertaining to power plant including environmental standards.
*Should have managed and monitored contracts;
*Should have basic technical understanding of process plants
*Should be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, power point presentations and data management;
*Should be proficient in English and Local Language is more advantage
*Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations

American Red Cross (Banda Aceh) - CBFA Program Officer

The American Red Cross Tsunami Recovery Program (TRP) had been established to direct the organization’s response to the South Asia tsunami disaster. The TRP activities focus on integrated community recovery and preparedness interventions in tsunami affected countries in Asia and East Africa in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross partners.

The Indonesia TRP Delegation operates from offices in Banda Aceh, Calang, Lamno. It also has liaison offices in Jakarta, and other areas in Aceh province in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross.

CBFA Program Officer

Responsibilities:

* To assist the CBFA program manager overseeing the management and implementation
of Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Community Based First Aid (CBFA) Program
* To provide timely input to AmCross CBFA Program Manager regarding achievement of
targets and modification of program objectives as needed
* To assist the CBFA Program Manager to review and provide technical assistance to PMI
on CBFA training content and ensure that objectives of training are met
* To conduct field visits to project sites to collect information and to ensure project
activities meet specified objectives
* To prepare data and information for monthly narrative report to AmCross CBFA

* Attendance at meeting in capacity of translator when needed
* Translation of both written and spoken Indonesian and English languages

Responsibilities:

* To comply with the overall approach to monitoring and evaluation of the TRP and
support the Indonesian programme in implementing the M&E requirements at each
stage of the project cycle.
* To assist the ARC M&E Delegate in managing and overseeing the TRP beneficiary
database operation and output ensuring accurate recording of beneficiary data, the
production of programme monitoring reports and the analysis from database
information for programme evaluations and agency learning.
* Identify the needs of users and query data, analyze and produce reports in a format that
meets these needs
* Problem solving of issues raised by users on a timely and customer-focused manner
* Monitoring and planning data flows for any revisions to the database
* Proactive identification and anticipation of issues / risks and strategies to resolve /
mitigate
* Provide suggestions for systems improvement and service delivery to stakeholders
* Develop effective storage, archiving, back up, recovery and reporting mechanisms
* Develop / write programs for the database as required by stakeholders
* Liaising closely and effectively with other stakeholders, including the project manager,
M&E and communication staff across the ARC projects and IT support team
* Work with the ARC M&E Delegate, as required on all aspects of assessments, capacity
building baseline/end line surveys, evaluations and other specific tasks that may
required
direct or indirect support of the Database.
* Perform any other relevant duties related to M&E and Database as required

Requirements:

* A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (ideally systems / database
development and management, computer science). A graduate degree preferred
* Advance understanding (either training and experience) of the database application and
information analysis programs such e.g. MS Access, SPSS, SQL, EPI Info, C# or related
programs
* At least 2 years professional work experience in database development and management
* Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part
of a team
* Ability to relate to stakeholders across all levels
* Good time and stress management skills
* Commitment and motivation
* Excellent command of the English language with good writing and communication
skills, and full computer literacy
